Terms of Sale
90-day parts-only warranty on engines, automatic transmissions, and differentials
30-day parts-only warranty on all other parts, unless otherwise stated
All parts must be installed by a certified mechanic; failure to show proof of professional installation will void warranty
No labor warranty is provided
Warranty is not transferrable, and applies only to the original purchaser on the invoice
Parts returned for reasons other than defect are subject to a 10% restocking fee and buyer pays return shipping
. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Additional conditions which void warranty:
Dismantling of part(s) for any reason without prior permission from Ennis Auto Recyclers, Inc.
Improper installation or handling which leads to part failure
Installation and/or use of part in any type of racing or non-stock application
Other Conditions
Engines
Intake manifold, exhaust manifold, water pump, clutch, wiring, thermostate, sensors, hoses, seals, gaskets, injectors, spark plugs, oil filters, and any other accessory components are not covered under the warranty. Gaskets and seals should be replaced upon installation of the engine. Warranty is void if heat tabs are melted or removed from the engine.
Heat tab centers melt at 260°F
.
Transmissions
No warranty on accessory gaskets, seals, or electronics. All transmissions are shipped drained with the filter removed; new filter and fluid MUST be installed in transmission prior to installation. Failure to properly install and flush the system will void the warranty.
All manual-shift transmissions are guaranteed to be good upon installation only.
Replacement of defective transmissions available for 48 hour period after buyer takes possession of part.
Differentials
Warranty applies to the gear set, housing, and axle shafts (as applicable). Brakes and brake hardware must be serviced ir swapped from the original unit. No guarantee on the brake system unless otherwise stated.
Electronic Control Modules
Most computer modules will need to be reprogrammed upon installation to function properly; buyer/installer must take the appropriate steps to reprogram the module upon installation
AC Compressors
AC Compressors are warranted for 30 days. Systems must be flushed prior to installation or warranty is void.
