These little pieces are so amazing and sought after!   What a fun and super rare piece to see - piece rafted for SAKS FIFTH AVENUE!  Showy little case - lots of uses - think how it might best serve you!   Rare Louis Kisslock Glasses case - Authentic as always!  Once had it's gold embossing inside - but the inside has heavy wear - pictured - so it's no longer visible.  ( I would actually remove the lining back to the canvas - but leaving as original and the new caretaker can decide about that! )  Also, pieces from this period are not date coded....but ABSOLUTELY Authentic.  Know it's got lots of age - but strong and ready to serve for years ahead.   This little gem is a charmer and will protect your glasses in high style!   Eye wear is "wearable art" after all!  Smaller scale frames will fit nicely.  Here is some of it's wonderful history....Louis Vuitton licensed and collaborated with French Company of California, a luxury luggage manufacturer, to craft LV pieces in order to keep up with ultra high demand in the United States!  Time frame was back in the 1970's through the early 1990's.   As you can guess, due to the limited production time and differing characteristics....they are very rare to find and when found.....treasured!   Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus...as well as other luxury luggage boutiques...like Myers, carried pieces specially crafted for the USA market during this time period - Lucky US!!!!  Some were even private labeled - such as for Saks or Neiman Marcus.  This little cutie presents as carried and adored for years - no where near pristine - see and enlarge all pictures and more are always available.  Size is  6.5 x 3 x 1" approx.  Other uses include Debit/Credit cards slipped inside.  Perfect for lipsticks and cosmetics too.   Snap kisslock functions great - tight!  Monogram  has wear with some light cracking here and there - still all strong.    Everyone LOVES THESE!  So adorable!  Take this opportunity to become it's caretaker - NO ONE HAS THIS PIECE!   Have fun telling everyone a story about how it came to be yours!  It will look great in your hand!   Use it daily worry free!  FINAL SALE.   Enjoy!    P.S.....take a fun browse through the boutique...lots of wonderful and rare Luxury things currently available...more always on the way!  Many never seen LV pieces....happy to ship your treasures together!
